Refund Policy

Nature of our services

Our services are agreed individually and delivered as professional work: strategy, communication, brand development and event production. Because of their nature, completed advisory work and delivered services cannot be returned.

Cancellations

If an engagement is cancelled before work begins, any advance payment is refunded in full. If work has already started, fees are charged proportionally to the work delivered up to the cancellation date, and the remainder is refunded.

How to request a refund

Write to us at office@echo360.hr with the details of your engagement. We review every request individually and respond within 14 days.

Consumer rights

Where the Croatian Consumer Protection Act applies, nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
