My career has taken me from building my own business to leading brand communications within one of the world's largest beauty companies.

In 2008, I co-founded B2B Production, one of Croatia's first specialised photo production agencies, working with international clients on productions across the country. Building a business from the ground up gave me an early understanding of what it takes to win clients, manage projects, deliver on commitments and build lasting professional relationships.

I later spent 15 years at L'Oréal, where I established the public relations function for the Luxury Division from the ground up and led strategic marketing communications for a portfolio of more than ten luxury brands across the Adria and Balkans region. My responsibilities spanned brand and corporate communications, media relations, influencer partnerships, advocacy programmes and events.

Those years strengthened my ability to navigate different markets, collaborate with multicultural teams, align commercial priorities with creative ambitions and deliver complex projects within an international corporate environment.

ECHO 360 brings those experiences together.

I established the agency to work more directly with companies and decision-makers, combining the experience of international business with the personal involvement and flexibility of an independent agency.

My role is to understand the business, define the right communication approach and oversee its delivery. Depending on the project, I work with trusted creative and production partners, while remaining directly involved in its strategic direction and quality.

The result is an approach shaped around each client's business, ambitions and priorities, grounded in professionalism, integrity and accountability.
